Marko Stojanovic

Attorney Trainee

Marko graduated from the Faculty of Law at Belgrade University, and during his studies he completed an internship at the National Bank of Serbia in the Sector for the Control of Bank Operations.

He specializes on banking law and company law.

He supports committed efforts at mediation, but when litigation involving clients is inevitable, he is committed to representing them professionally and zealously.

Experience:

In addition to participating in numerous banking and commercial lawsuits, he has also successfully dealt with disputes related to expropriation and has worked on a number of cases involving charges of covid-measure non-compliance against entrepreneurs and legal entities.

He also participated in the firm’s team advising the Embassy of Brazil in Serbia on its lease agreement with Dipos for the embassy’s headquarters.
